**Job Title: Production Assembler** **Job Description** A manufacturer located in the northern Indianapolis region is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join the team on the 1st shift. **Responsibilities** + Regularly use pneumatic and hand tools, such as ratchets, torque guns, and putty knives, to assemble various components. + Read and interpret basic blueprints to accurately assemble products. + Maintain cleanliness of the work area in accordance with 5S standards. + Consistently stand and lift materials throughout the entirety of the shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience with pneumatic tools and power tools. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in mechanic, mechanical, or electrical assembly is advantageous. **Available Shift & Pay** + 6AM - 2:30PM + **$20** **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company in the Indianapolis area that is expanding its operations with a new facility in Noblesville, aiming for full production by January 2026.
