The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret work orders accurately. Responsibilities + Place parts in specified relationships to each other. + Clean and tape parts. + Bolt, clip, screw, cement, or otherwise fasten parts together. + Tend machines such as CMM presses to perform force fitting or fastening operations on the assembly line. + Work at different workstations as production needs require. + Work on a manufacturing line where tasks vary as different models of the same article move along the line. Skills + Mechanical inclination. + 1+ year of production experience completing repetitive tasks. + Ability to read work orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Superior mechanical ability is preferred. + Experience with electronics or components manufacturing is preferred. + Ability to read, write, and work with work orders, written instructions, blueprints, engineering specifications, or shop drawings in English. + Basic computer skills. + Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is clean, temperature-controlled, and features an open floor plan segmented into individual work stations. The second shift operates Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes or sneakers, and clean jeans or shorts are acceptable. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Horsham, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
