**Production Assembler** Location: Bloomington, MN Pay: $20.00/hr – $22.00/hr (Based on Experience) Schedule: 1st Shift Openings Pay Frequency: Weekly **Job Description:** We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical components into finished products using a variety of tools and equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble components according to assembly prints, bills of materials, and engineering change orders. + Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and soldering irons with precision. + Safely and effectively apply adhesives and chemicals during the assembly process. + Perform electronic testing on final assemblies using specialized test equipment. + Need soldering Experience **Qualifications:** + Need soldering experience. + Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents. + Comfortable working with hand tools and testing equipment. + Attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
