Our client, a leader in manufacturing thermal and heat exchange products, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temp to perm opportunity! **Job Title:** Production Associate **Location:** Niagara Falls, NY **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience, with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift **Shift:** 1st shift: 7am-3pm 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm **What's the Job?** + Perform core assembly functions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Read and follow blueprints, worksheets, or other instructions to handle and assemble various components. + Maintain an organized work area and report inventory counts. + Perform leak testing process to identify any welding flaws, cracks, and/or leaks in heat transfer units + Use industrial degreaser to degrease various metal components + Inspect and record quality requirements of finished workpieces + Ensure work area is kept clean and organized at all times + Utilize small hand tools for assembly and cleaning + Perform data entry and record data on computer and by hand + All other duties as assigned **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. + Prior related work experience is preferred + Ability to use micrometers and calipers. + Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally. **What's in it for me?** + Health Insurance plus Dental & Vision coverage. + 401K with match to help you save for the future. + Tuition Reimbursement Program to support your educational goals. + Opportunity to work in a clean and organized environment. + Engagement in a team-oriented atmosphere focused on quality and improvement.
