**Job Description**
As a Production Assembler, you will be part of a team dedicated to the development and manufacturing of electronic components and subsystems for communications and defense markets. Your role involves building microwave electronics assemblies, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to the production of innovative technology solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read work orders, CAD prints or blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, assembly and schematic drawings, and receive verbal instructions regarding work assignments.
+ Build cables, boards, assemblies, and boxes for microwave electronics.
+ Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
+ Build crimp and solder form cables.
+ Utilize a variety of small hand tools to perform job duties, including wrenches, screwdrivers, nut drivers, wire strippers, wire cutters, hand drills, wire crimpers, hammers, and punches.
+ Use soldering irons to solder cables, wires, and other items.
+ Attach hardware and seals assemblies.
+ Examine parts for defects and replace defective components and wiring.
+ Complete appropriate paperwork and computer transactions necessary to finish work assignments.
**Essential Skills**
+ Computer skills with Microsoft Office tools and general knowledge of MRP systems.
+ Previous manufacturing experience, assembly (electrical or mechanical), mechanical aptitude, or production experience.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Self-starter.
+ General organizational skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in shipping and receiving.
+ Proficiency in data entry and packing orders.
+ Knowledge of schedule coordination and preparing shipments.
+ Familiarity with Bills of Lading and scheduling coordination.
+ Ability to use hand tools and interpret blueprints and schematics.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
