**Job Title: Production Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team and contribute to the repair of endoscopes and medical devices. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with small hand tools, preferably with microscope experience. **Responsibilities** + Perform scope and medical device repairs. + Conduct detailed inspections and quality control processes. + Follow instructions and guidelines from technical manuals. + Process products upon arrival and ensure timely shipment at the end of the day. + Report low supply levels to the Lab Manager or Assistant Lab Manager. + Maintain lab supply inventories. + Ensure cleanliness and organization of individual workspaces and the facility. + Apply manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repairs and inspections. + Operate various equipment including scope processors, endoscopes, cameras, and medical devices. + Maintain confidentiality of financial data, repair techniques, and customer information. + Operate repair equipment such as microscopes, drills, and polishers. + Comply with ISO requirements. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly, soldering, and small parts. + Proficiency in using hand tools, magnifiers, tweezers, and tape measures. + Mechanical aptitude and wiring skills. + Attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma required; tech school is a bonus. + Physical ability to sit, reach, grasp, lift/carry, and move between stations. + Digital dexterity for working with very small parts. + Capability to perform building maintenance, including using ladders and brooms. + Ethical, trustworthy, and professional demeanor. + Ability to work mandatory or occasional overtime and weekends. + Professional business attire and appearance. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values ethical, quality-driven solutions and respects its employees.
