Job Description
Join our team as a Production Assembler and actively participate in the operational activities of our modification department. Your role will involve receiving, staging, unpackaging, modifying, repackaging, and shipping assembled cabinetry, along with managing the associated paperwork flow.
ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the modification of assembled cabinets according to order descriptions.Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to produce and modify cabinets.Operate and maintain woodworking tools, hand tools, and power tools used in the assembly, modification, and reassembly of cabinetry.Complete all paperwork associated with cabinet modification tasks.Receive, unload, and stage incoming assembled cabinetry for modification.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Experience in assembly and woodworking.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least one year of production experience or similar experience in carpentry/woodworking.Work Environment
The work environment includes a warehouse and/or open outside storage yard, requiring lifting above the shoulder, walking, bending, standing, and carrying of products. Heavy lifting is required, and you will be exposed to various weather conditions, including seasonal temperature changes. The work schedule is determined by business needs and may vary by location. The 3rd shift hours are 8:00 pm to 5:30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
