**Job Title:** Assembly Worker – 1st Shift **Location:** San Antonio, TX 78233 (Southeast Side) **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **Pay:** $17.00 per hour | Temp-to-Hire **Job Description:** We are seeking a dependable Assembly Worker to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of assembly experience, with thermoforming experience preferred. This role requires the ability to read and understand blueprints and routings to produce parts to required specifications, perform quality inspections, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret blueprints and routings to produce parts + Perform first piece and ongoing quality inspections to ensure product meets standards + Conduct routine maintenance and keep work area clean + Operate hand tools such as screwdrivers and drill guns + Maintain inventory of products at workstations + Identify and report product defects + Follow safety protocols, including use of machine guarding and safety equipment + Maintain productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards + Record accurate and timely data on productivity and quality + Report any safety hazards or incidents to management + Troubleshoot and resolve simple quality issues as needed **Qualifications:** + 2-3 years assembly experience required; thermoforming experience a plus + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly + Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail + Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus + Understanding of MSDS and safe handling of hazardous materials + Ability to work independently or as part of a team + Regular attendance is essential + Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and reach overhead up to 25% of the time + High School Diploma or equivalent required ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
