**Job Title: Production Assembler $18-22** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler for a 1st Shift role from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is a direct hire position where you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies in a manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Start the day by completing assemblies from the previous day. + Participate in a production meeting at 8:00 AM where the job schedule is assigned. + Assemble most units independently in your own work cell; larger units will require team collaboration. + Utilize a tablet or laptop to access detailed work instructions and documents for assembly. + Complete the assembly of mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and soldering iron. + Perform basic tests on finished assemblies using computers and test equipment such as cable testers and digital volt meters. + Use a computer to print labels and package the finished product for shipment. + Perform basic soldering tasks on some assemblies. + Work independently with minimal supervision, performing repetitive tasks. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an assembly role within a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in using a computer to look up files, send emails, and navigate instructions. + Experience using hand tools and power tools, including drills and rivet guns. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Possession of a High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering experience is a plus. + 1-2 years of electronic assembly experience. **Why Work Here** Experience a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and great benefits.
