Job Description
The Production Data Administrator – Timekeeping & Project Progress is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate production data. This role ensures the integrity of timekeeping records and tracks project progress, supporting the overall efficiency of production operations. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Collect and compile production data from multiple sources, including timekeeping systems, manufacturing equipment, and operational reports.Accurately enter and organize data into spreadsheets, databases, and reporting systems.Maintain detailed records of production metrics, employee time entries, and project progress.Perform data validation checks using Bill of Materials (BOMs), blueprints, timekeeping logs, and other reference materials.Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for management review, focusing on timekeeping and production progress.Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and project managers to gather missing or unclear data.Ensure timely and accurate data submission for analysis and decision-making regarding project timelines and cost tracking.Maintain organized digital and physical records of production data and timekeeping records for audit purposes.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying data trends, discrepancies, or inefficiencies in production time and project timelines.Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met in accordance with the production schedule.Ensure the confidentiality of employee timekeeping data, project progress details, and any sensitive production information.Essential Skills
4+ years of data entry experience.4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Excel.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications

The role is based on the shop floor, requiring the wearing of steel toes and safety glasses. The shift time is from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
