Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Packaging Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Haverhill, MA and Wilmington MA

Pay Range: $16.50/hour (1st Shift), $17.50/hour (2nd Shift)

Shift: Morning and Evening Shifts Available

What's the Job?

Operate production and packaging equipment in a cold environment (approximately 30°F) Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training provided Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
