2 openings for night shifts: one starting at 12 AM, another at 3 AMMust be flexible; schedules are posted weeklyDays Off: Tuesday and FridaySunday is a workdayWork on holidays required (premium pay provided)Overtime: Mandatory, usually no more than 2 hours; announced by lunch breakRequirementsConsistently able to lift 50 lbsIdeally bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)Minimum 1 year production experienceJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team for night shifts. Flexibility with shift timings is essential as schedules are posted weekly. Successful candidates will work overtime when required, not exceeding two hours, and will be informed by lunch break. Days off are Tuesday and Friday, and work is required on Sundays and holidays with premium pay.
ResponsibilitiesComplete safety tests and required courses during initial trainingWork across six areas: Mixing, Trays, Washer, Tracer, Crosser, and LineClean trays returning from deliveries by soaking, cleaning, and sanitizingStack cleaned trays 20–30 high and transport them for dough placementMaintain a pace of processing 1,000 trays per hour on the production lineAdhere to set standards for each positionEssential SkillsExperience in production or warehouse environments (minimum 1 year)Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and collaborate on heavier liftsProficiency in reading and writing in EnglishReliability, teamwork, and respectAdditional Skills & QualificationsGeneral production and packaging skillsKnowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food preparationAbility to learn and adapt to new processes (Mixing takes 3–4 weeks to master)Why Work Here?Join a rapidly growing company that offers excellent benefits, including:
