Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for handling and stacking bags of extruded material, assisting with various tasks on the production floor, and ensuring that orders are correctly staged and palletized for shipment.
ResponsibilitiesStack 55lb bags of extruded material on pallets.Assist with various tasks on the production floor.Sort boxes and stack bags on skids.Stage and palletize orders in preparation for shipment.Perform quality checks to ensure loads meet quality standards.Accurately read weight measurements.Work with team members to ensure shipment deadlines are met.Help load and unload trucks.Pack extruded plastic products into boxes.Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsExperience in production, manufacturing, hand packing, and assembly line work.Ability to weigh loads of extruded plastic material.Proficiency in stacking boxes and palletizing orders.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be able to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift.Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Ability to work independently and unsupervised.Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
