**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Production Associate, where you will play a vital role in the assembly and quality assurance of our products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure that each product meets the highest standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize tools to build and assemble products according to bill of materials, work orders, and drawings.
+ Collaborate with team members on the production line or in groups to ensure efficient assembly processes.
+ Inspect and test devices to guarantee quality and functionality.
+ Prepare products for shipping, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
+ Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace.
+ Identify defective parts or units and report them following established procedures.
+ Mix paint and solutions for painting tasks.
+ Clean and assist in maintaining equipment.
+ Provide assistance in the warehouse when required.
+ Meet all safety requirements and guidelines.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical assembly
+ Production experience
+ Painting and paint preparation
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
