Join a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer as a Mastercut Assistant Operator! We’re looking for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and team‑focused to support production operations.

Job Title: Production – Master cut Assistant Operator

Location: Springettsbury Township, PA

Pay Range: $22.27

Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00PM- 11:00PM

What's the Job?

Assist the operator in setting up and running the Mastercut machine efficiently Focus on time-saving practices to minimize downtime and setup times Ensure the production of high-quality products for customer satisfaction Limit scrap waste and accurately report waste for proper processing Support the collection of materials and packing products for shipment as per order specifications

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corrugated or related manufacturing fields preferred Ability to use tape measures and basic mechanical tools Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
