Product UX Designer

Our client, a leading organization in the security and data governance industry, is seeking a Product Designer 3 to join their team. As a Product Designer 3, you will be part of the UX team supporting product design initiatives focused on data security, compliance, and privacy experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a customer-centric mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Product Designer 3
**Location: Remote, must work PST hours**
**Contract Length:** 18 months
**Pay Range:** $$45-$48/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Design and develop intuitive user experiences for enterprise security products, focusing on data governance and compliance scenarios.
+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-centered designs.
+ Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and detailed interaction models to support product development.
+ Utilize design systems and tools like Figma to ensure consistency and high-quality deliverables across projects.
+ Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to meet enterprise standards and user needs.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 2+ years' experience with advanced Figma usage, including design libraries and shared components.
+ At least 5–7 years' experience applying systems thinking across design ecosystems.
+ Experience designing enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on security, compliance, or data governance.
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, systems thinking, and Figma-driven outputs.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
