What You’ll Do: + Provide product trainings to promoters. + Able to carry out soft skills training to internal staffs. + Incorporate soft skills (e.g. selling, negotiation, coaching, leadership, communication) into training material. + Take initiative and ownership to carry out research or study before training. + Work closely with inter-department to accommodate training needs to achieve training objectives. + To meet clients to understand the training objectives. + Carry out monthly field audit and provide on field coaching, guidance, and on-site training to promoters. + Conduct regional training (nationwide) as and when is required by Head of Training. + Observe and assess promoters throughout the training session and fine tune training methodologies to improve training quality What We’re Looking For: + Candidates must possess at least Advance/ Higher Diploma or Degree in any discipline. + Preferably with training certification / experience. + At least 2 years of training experience in related industry. + Certification from talent and training associations is an added advantage. + Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/ or Mandarin). + Strong presentation skills. + Able to do translation in multiple languages. + Take ownership & initiative to carry out task. + Be passionate in work. + Able to build good rapport with colleagues and a good team player.
