Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Product Support Manager 2 on our F-35 Courseware Team to join our team as an F-35 Product Support Manager and join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located at Eglin Air Force Base, FL in support of the F-35 Lightning II Program! In this position you will be assigned as the Product Support Manager for the F-35 Sustainment Organizational Unit where we develop and sustain pilot and maintenance training curriculum.

Your Duties will include:
Manage personnel by tailoring resources based on discipline requirements, program objectives, and company policyMentor, guide, and foster employee development, oversee performance review process, establish employee training criteria and coordinate with IPT managers to ensure skilled talents and tools are provided to support programsSupport and manage following activities: hiring and attrition, personnel management, resolution of personnel and performance issues, salary planning, employee rewards and recognition, skill-set training and employee engagement and inclusion initiativesManage the F-35 Sustainment and Development contracts and coordinate with NGDS leadership with task management and team leadershipOversee execution of various Statements of Work (SOW) on the F-35 Courseware TeamProvide directions to employees when needed, including assignment of cost, schedule, and technical tasksIntegrate into a JPO, US Services, Partners, FMS, and customer operational environmentProvide Development Environment knowledge and how to operate to produce productsIdentify technical issues and recommend solutions to support the F-35 engineering disposition process and technical data updatesProvide authorized engineering products to supplement published engineering technical dataCombine technical knowledge with real world maintenance experienceConduct training and provide product briefings to customers, vendors, and company representativesSupport program functional meetings and Basis of Estimate (BOE) meetings and respond to RFPsBasic Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 12 years of applied experience. Will consider a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or a master's degree with 6 years of experience.Minimum of 2 years of managing or leading a technical team.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.Preferred Qualifications:

Primary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
