**Position Summary**
The Product Strategy & Operations Advisor plays a critical role in supporting and advancing Cigna Healthcare’s well-being product suite. This role ensures operational excellence, drives product performance in existing programs (i.e. Well-Being Solution and Healthy Rewards), and supports seamless client and market transitions from legacy programs to Cigna’s next‑generation well‑being platform.
Operating within a highly matrixed environment, this individual partners closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Technology, Vendor Management, Go‑to‑Market, and Client Delivery teams to improve engagement, optimize incentive strategy, and strengthen Cigna Healthcare’s competitive position in the well‑being market.
This individual will collaborate and interface with respective Cigna Core Medical product peers, Evernorth product teams, development teams, and vendor partners to execute Cigna Healthcare needs through solution design, development, delivery, and operations management.
This position will be an individual contributor with product exposure with a desire to learn and lead in the product management space as a career destination.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Support the development, ongoing management, evolution, and execution of the well-being product roadmaps (i.e. Well-Being Solution, Healthy Rewards), ensuring alignment with CHC strategy and enterprise wellness goals.
+ Translate strategy into actionable requirements, coordinating with cross‑functional partners to deliver enhancements, new capabilities, and market‑ready releases.
+ Partner with operations and vendor teams to manage product solutions for CHC employer clients.
+ Support the migration strategy and execution for legacy wellness and incentive programs.
+ Maintain and optimize operational processes, workflows, and documentation for the well‑being product ecosystem.
+ Serve as a key liaison across Product, Operations, Clinical, Digital, and Technology teams to ensure operational readiness, coordinated delivery, and issue resolution.
+ Facilitate status reporting, risk identification, issue escalation, and cross‑functional alignment required to support product capabilities.
+ Support enterprise governance forums by preparing materials, synthesizing program updates, and representing well-being product needs.
+ Partner with Client Delivery, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure accurate representation of Well‑Being Solution capabilities.
+ Create and refine playbooks, FAQs, readiness guides, internal messaging, and transition materials to support market adoption and client migrations.
+ Provide subject matter expertise to support RFP and exception request responses, escalations, and complex client needs related to well‑being products.
+ Track and analyze program performance, engagement metrics, incentive utilization, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
+ Identify optimization opportunities through data insights and operational feedback loops, partnering with analytics teams to drive measurable improvements.
+ Support continuous improvement activities to maintain a consumer‑grade, competitive well‑being experience.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, product management, or related field.
+ **5+ years of experience** in product management, operations, program management, or strategy—preferably within health care, digital health, wellness, or incentive program management.
+ Demonstrated ability to operate in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
+ Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to synthesize complex topics and drive alignment across stakeholders.
+ Experience managing vendors, implementing program enhancements, or supporting cross‑functional delivery.
**Preferred:**
+ Familiarity with Cigna Healthcare platforms, processes, product operations, or clinical/consumer engagement models.
+ Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect daily work to long‑term enterprise goals.
+ Cross‑Functional Leadership: Builds partnerships and navigates matrixed environments effectively.
+ Operational Excellence: Skilled in process optimization, governance, and delivery management.
