The Product Specialist assist customers by addressing inquires,
resolving issues, and providing support for the client's configured products. This role serves as the company’s ambassador, being the initial point of contact for
customers, and strives to ensure a positive experience throughout the entire order-to-cash process.
DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages end-to-end customer order processing from purchase order receipt to product shipment of configured products.Professionally interacts with customers and other via phone, in person, e-mail or other written or verbal methods.Creates new sales order configured components.Professionally resolves internal and external customer issues promptly and thoroughly.Provides answers to general technical product questions.Supports the sales team and customers with pricing and general product assistance.Expedites shipments when necessary.Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of the customer and the company.Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service team as a whole.All other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES

Excellent interpersonal,
verbal and written skills.

Proficient with Outlook,
Word, and Excel.

Experience with CPQ
(configure, price, quote).

Experience with Salesforce
or equivalent CRM.

EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE
·
High School diploma with 3-5 years of experience
in Customer Service/Technical support or equivalent roles.
·
In-depth knowledge of centrifugal force pumps.
·
Pump manufacturing experience.
·
Fire truck pump experience (Manufacturing or
Technical support).
·
Customer Care experience in a manufacturing
environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
