Product Solutions Specialist

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Assist in defining and configuring complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with the Sales team. Act as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams. Prospect, pitch, and close B2B payables solutions for large healthcare clients. Utilize a deep understanding of all Treasury Services products to identify which product(s) meet client needs. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive deals from prospecting through to revenue recognition of closed deals to target. Facilitate the process of finding solutions for, and the adoption of, existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities by assessing clients' needs and current industry trends. Support the Sales team in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials. Engage with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap. Prepare and deliver presentations with demonstrable ownership of all aspects of the sales cycle. Represent the bank at conferences, internal client and peer events, client round tables, strategy white-boarding, and workshops. Contribute to marketing strategy and communications plans. Support pricing and proposal writing process. This position requires up to 50% domestic travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field of study plus four years of experience in the job offered or as Product Solutions Specialist, Digital Channels Product Manager, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires four years of experience with the following: working in a sales cycle including prospecting, initial contact, qualification, needs assessment, presentation, handling objections, closing, and follow up, and regularly engaging with clients; digital channels products including internet, host- host, API, and mobile channels; Treasury Service Products and solutions including ACH, Disbursements, Clearing, RTP, Trust and Safety offerings; core cash management payment solutions including ACH, Disbursements, Wire, real-time payments and Commercial card offerings; analyzing client payables spend data to provide insights and recommendations to clients; Working with Treasurers, CFO's, Accounts Payables and Procurement departments and senior management to promote and implement payment solutions including Check, ACH, Wires, RTP and Commercial Card Offerings; simplifying and conveying complex financial concepts including Payment Automation, Payment Security and Fraud prevention, and Cost Management to clients; leading client sales interactions; payment card networks, including both Visa and Mastercard, and transaction processing and flows of commercial card products including Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, and Virtual Card solutions.
