As a Sales Product Solutions Individual Contributor in Healthcare Payments, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.
In this role you will be expected to carry your own quota and will be responsible for prospecting and creating your pipeline and leads. You are responsible for understanding the customer’s pain points and recommending solutions that would best fit their needs. You will work directly with the Treasury Representative and Healthcare Banker and supports the Healthcare Payments Product needs.

Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives, specifically within across Patient Management Systems and other Hospital SystemsServes as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trendsOwns pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materialsEngages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmapExhibit sales mentality with being goal and quota drivenFocused on organization in fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySources new opportunities while shepherding inbound requestsDemonstrates proactive and hardworking natureExhibits a consultative approach with clients and works to deeply understand current to future state with product implementation experienceRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products5+ years of experience of healthcare technology, with proven successful track record Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basisExperience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problemsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle ManagementExhibits excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Proven success with strong communication skills, verbally and writtenDemonstrates critical thinking abilities across multitude of scenariosTravel required, expected roughly 35%Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
