THE TEAM

The mission of the Samples Management Department is to manage the lifecycle of Aritzia’s samples and maintain an accurate and well-organized sample library.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Sample Management Department, you will be part of the team responsible for a complete and relevant sample library that will enable users to focus on driving sales and elevating Aritzia’s brands. As the Senior Associate/Associate, Samples, you will support day-to-day administrative activities related to ensuring the sample library is up-to-date, accurate, and well organized using a methodical and exact approach. THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate/Associate, Samples you will support the team to:

Efficiently and accurately receive all samples so that they are easily accessible for all usersSupport business users by prioritizing sample requests and ensuring samples are in the right place at the right time.Strategically identify and action archival protocols for samples.Manage sample assets and processes to maintain a complete, relevant, and organized sample library

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $25–$35 USD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
