Job Description SummaryCustomer-facing staff responsible for driving new business. The Product Specialist is accountable for achieving the Russia and CIS sales plan, participating in exhibitions and other company events, engaging with end users, preparing product specifications for the digital (IT) department’s portfolio, and ensuring timely, accurate, and precise data entry into the company’s internal CRM systems.

Job DescriptionThe Product Sales Specialist is responsible for:Driving sales of digital IT department’s product portfolioAchieving assigned sales targetsPreparing quotations in line with client/partner requests and technical requirementsEnsuring the relevance and accuracy of planned transactions data in the CRM systemMaintaining up‑to‑date, in‑depth knowledge of assigned products/solutions/services; able to present and discuss technology and clinical benefits in customer‑relevant termsSupporting the sales team in customer visits and event organization as neededPreparing information and documentation based on internal standards and product technical featuresDelivering product portfolio presentations to internal teams, partners, and end usersContributing to the development and maintenance of standard quotation and specification tools; ensuring specifications remain current in the quoting systemConducting sales performance analysis and forecasting jointly with Sales Managers, ensuring standard specification lists are regularly updatedPerforming technical feature analysis to confirm GEHC equipment meets purchasing documentation requirements (upon request from other modalities)Preparing equipment specifications for sales/purchase contracts, including details on registration certificatesCollaborating closely with other departments and modalitiesParticipating in LCT and modality operational mechanisms, including but not limited to deal reviews, QMI, etc.Managing SSA sales within the Installed BaseComplying with all GEHC policies and ensuring full adherence

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a medical or IT fieldStrong sales, negotiation, and presentation skillsSolid technical and clinical understandingAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervisionAbility to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHigh level of precision, accuracy, and attention to detailUpper‑intermediate English proficiency (mandatory)Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and other GEHC CRM systemsStrong analytical skills, including the ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and make fact‑based decisions quickly and effectivelyDependability: reliable, responsible, dedicated, and committed to fulfilling obligationsPersonal AttributesStrong communication skillsGood organizational and time‑management skillsStrong process orientationAbility to apply values, policies, procedures, and precedents to make timely, routine decisionsOpen‑mindedness and the ability to respond positively to new ideas and perspectives
