Job Description SummaryThe Director, M&A Product Integration Leader drives the full product and portfolio integration for one of SEI’s most strategic acquisitions, reporting directly to the VP of Product Management. This leader translates acquisition objectives into integrated product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans that unify cloud, on‑premise, AI workflow, and enterprise imaging platforms. The role leads cross‑functional alignment across R&D, Services, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure GTM readiness, portfolio coherence, and scalable operating mechanisms. It harmonizes product organizations, governance, and tooling while proactively managing risks and driving disciplined program cadence. Operating as a senior leadership voice, the Director provides stewardship of the product workstream across integration governance, communication, and change management.

Director, M&A Product Integration Leader

Overview

Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) is seeking an outcome-driven Product Integration Leader to steward the product and portfolio workstream for one of SEI’s most strategic acquisitions. This role is responsible for aligning product strategy, roadmaps, platforms, and organizations to deliver durable customer and business value.

The Product Integration Leader operates at the intersection of product strategy, M&A integration, and organizational transformation, serving as a peer to Services and Commercial Integration Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product and portfolio integration workstream.

• Translate acquisition strategy into actionable product integration plans and milestones.

• Lead roadmap convergence across cloud, on‑premise, AI workflow, and enterprise imaging platforms.

• Integrate acquired products into SEI architecture, lifecycle, and modernization frameworks.

• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure GTM readiness, packaging, naming, and pricing alignment.

• Lead integration of product management organizations, roles, rituals, and decision frameworks.

• Standardize tooling (Aha/Rally, portfolio governance tools, analytics dashboards).

• Coordinate closely with R&D, QA/RA, Services, Commercial, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Represent the product workstream in integration governance and executive forums.

• Lead product-focused change management and communications.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, enterprise software, or M&A integration.

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs.

• Experience in healthcare software or regulated technology environments preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $176,000.00-$264,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
