The Product Owner Senior plays a strategic and leadership role in defining and delivering high-value digital products and enterprise solutions. Acting as the voice of the business and customer, they are accountable for shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing outcomes, and guiding multiple Agile teams in delivering solutions that drive measurable business impact. With deep domain expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a focus on customer value, the Product Owner Senior not only manages product backlogs but also mentors other Product Owners and contributes to the overall product strategy.
Pay Range: $110,000 - $126,000

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (required)Five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment (required)Strong background with IntranetsStrong background with Sharepoint and Power PlatformStrong experience managing Product and Solutions within a product driven organizationExperience managing a team and must have previous people management experience in IT or ProductStrong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, and product delivery (required)Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally) (required)Experience leading digital transformations or large-scale enterprise product initiatives (preferred)Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, customer journey mapping, and analytics (preferred)Background in data-driven decision-making and product performance measurementSkills:
Skilled in managing complex products or multiple backlogs in a large enterprise settingStrong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, and product deliveryExcellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and negotiation skillsBackground of delivering products that create measurable customer and business valueAbilities:
