As an Associate in the International Private Bank (IPB) Client Service team, you will own specific deliveries, while also being part of larger multiyear programs of work. The size and duration of each project will vary but the objectives will focus on similar key aspects such as risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement, business development and digital client engagement. The role will be involved in all aspects of Project/Product delivery, including working with the business to define requirements and partnering with technology to develop and implement new products/features.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Management, Technical, business analysis, change or a consulting framework, experience in financial services, exposure in Payment’s space.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently showing initiative and problem solving, while working within a team environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate key messages and simplify complex business situations across all levels of seniority and functions.Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and delivering results.Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio and Project; experience in process flow analysis/mappingBe a team player who is flexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand/time-sensitive initiatives.Exposure to financial services industry and interest in Private Banking.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
