Your day at NTT DATA
This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management to prepare for Program Backlog, participating in Agile Release Train (ART) Sync meetings, and cooperating to deliver Solution value.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision and manage roadmap for retail banking solutionsManage backlog (requirements definition, prioritization)Align requirements and specifications for mobile/web application developmentFacilitate agreement and expectation management among stakeholders (customers, development, operations, executives)Plan and manage project scope, schedule, and resourcesHandle risk management, issue resolution, and vendor coordinationQualifications and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in application development projects for financial institutionsDeep knowledge of payment and lending (accounts, QR, loans, cards)Experience and understanding of mobile/web application developmentStrong skills in business requirements definition, BRD creation, and process designAbility to manage and influence diverse stakeholders with strong facilitation skillsProficiency in English (spoken and written)Experience and understanding of payment network (NAPAS), payment gateway integrationBasic knowledge of APIs and data modelsExperience implementing systems such as core banking, CRM, AML, or eKYC (biometric authorization and verification)Familiarity with API integration, data modeling, and system integration conceptsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsJapanese language skills (optional)Ideal Candidate ProfileBalanced business and technical perspective with a focus on maximizing customer valueStrong leadership to structure complex issues and propose clear solutionsExcellent communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders
