**Job Title:** Product Owner/Manager
**Contract: 12+ Months**
**Base Pay Range:** $60/hr
**Work Experience:** Financial services experience preferred
**Educational Requirements:** University degree preferred
**Position Summary:**
Performs business analysis, product management, and product owner responsibilities to support the development of digital enhancements for plan sponsors, consultants, and plan administrators. Also responsible for analyzing and reporting on financial data related to insurance products.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
**Business Analysis:**
+ Researches complex data and legacy systems to identify requirements for feature development.
+ Proactively asks questions and analyzes proprietary systems to suggest experience improvements.
**Product Management:**
+ Collaborates across teams to groom and prioritize product backlogs for high-value enhancements.
+ Drives efficient decision-making and documents outcomes to support feature development.
+ Coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive customer experiences.
**Product Ownership:**
+ Authors detailed and effective user stories to maximize team productivity.
+ Removes team obstacles by maintaining clear, accurate documentation and Kanban tracking.
**Financial Product Analysis:**
+ Gathers financial data from multiple sources and produces coherent reports.
+ Designs financial reports tailored for various analytical needs.
+ Researches and explains financial results related to internal and industry-wide insurance products.
+ Assists in developing financial models and evaluation tools for product profitability analysis.
