Product Owner (gn) Solution Catalog, CPQ & Pricebook

In this role, you will shape the future of our Solution Catalog, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Pricebook applications - all key components of the SoftwareOne Services business. You will translate business strategy into actionable product backlogs, work closely with business stakeholders, and empower engineering teams to deliver impactful product increments. Your work will directly improve sales effectiveness, pricing accuracy, and customer value delivery.You will join a collaborative, global environment that uses agile methodologies to deliver high‑quality products and services for stakeholders across the organization.
What you’ll do
Own and manage the product backlog for Solution Catalog, CPQ, Pricebook and related Services applications – from idea to deployed feature.Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring requirements are clear, testable and tied to business outcomes.
Prioritise the backlog to maximise value delivery, balancing strategic initiatives, technical constraints and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in sales, finance, delivery and Services to understand their processes, gather feedback and validate solutions.
Partner with engineering, architecture and QA teams in an Agile/SAFe environment to plan sprints, refine stories and ensure high‑quality delivery.
Monitor product performance and adoption, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform your roadmap.
Support change, rollout and enablement, including documentation, training materials and communication so that new features are well understood and adopted.
What we need to see from you
Product Ownership in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments: Proven ability to own and prioritise a product backlog, facilitate refinement, and guide teams toward delivering incremental business value.Strong Services Business Acumen: Understanding of services sales processes, pricing models and contract structures - the core business logic behind CPQ and Pricebook systems.Requirements & Process Analysis Expertise: Ability to capture, analyse and refine business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Experience delivering in Agile/SAFe environments: Hands‑on experience working iteratively, collaborating with engineering, QA and architecture teams.Strong stakeholder collaboration & communication: Able to bridge discussions between sales, finance, services and IT, make informed trade-offs, and navigate competing priorities.
Highly beneficial functional expertise in:Experience with CPQ / Pricebook / pricing & quoting tools.Familiarity with .NET/Azure and Angular based application landscapes from a product perspective.
