As a Banking Book Product Owner – Associate in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team, you will drive large-scale infrastructure programs and business process changes. You will collaborate with a team of Product Owners to enhance data quality and reporting automation. Together, we will evolve our organization towards a globally consistent and usable data strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Owners to implement changes outlined in the Book of Work. Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Interpret change demands and create user stories to enhance data quality. Engage with development teams to ensure business needs are met with technical specifications. Align delivery of changes with the scheduled deployment plan. Work with Lines of Business to strategically source data into a cloud-based architecture. Understand data flows and complexities related to Finance and Risk applications.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
3+ years of financial services or related experience. Exposure to data analysis, change management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience in planning and delivering results across multiple teams. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, AWS Databricks, SQL. Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills to partner with managers and stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience with cloud-based big data architecture. Knowledge of financial and management reporting strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Experience in program governance and change management practices.
