As our **Product Owner** for the APAC GTM team, you’ll be the connector between our customers, our products, and our development teams- making sure what we build delivers genuine, high‑value outcomes. This is a highly collaborative and technical product ownership role where you’ll lead an APAC GTM Scrum team, define and prioritise customer requirements, bring clarity to complex problems, and champion commercial outcomes across the region. **What you’ll do** As our Product Owner, you’ll be the voice of the customer and the strategic driver of delivery. You will: **Lead Product Ownership** In this role, you will own and lead the APAC GTM Scrum team across Bangalore and Auckland, acting as the central link between customers, product strategy and delivery. You’ll work directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, contribute to solutioning, and translate those insights into clear and actionable requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Partnering closely with technical leads, you’ll ensure all requirements are feasible, strategically aligned, and considerate of cross‑team dependencies. You will manage and prioritise the product backlog, keeping it well‑structured and ensuring the team consistently has well‑prepared work items ready to deliver high‑value outcomes. Throughout delivery, you’ll maintain transparency with stakeholders, support customers through UAT, and handle any clarifications required. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in pre‑sales activities, contributing to RFI, RFP and RFQ submissions, while also providing commercial and solution guidance as needed. **Promote Continuous Improvement** Stay informed on Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Collaborate with product managers and other product owners to implement best‑practice solutions. **Manage Stakeholders** Maintain regular touchpoints with all product stakeholders. Share insights across the organisation through updates, presentations and collaborative tools. **What you’ll bring** + 5+ years’ experience in a relevant or transferable Product Owner role. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Strong commercial mindset—ideally with exposure to professional services. + Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills. + High‑level organisational and time‑management capability. + Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. + Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. + Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for great customer outcomes. + Ability to travel as needed.
