YOUR IMPACT 

 

The Product Owner for Control Tower (CT) and SLD supports the delivery and day to day operation of OpenText’s Licensing & Fulfillment platforms.

CT is a SaaS-based fulfillment and 360° solution platform supporting entitlement, usage, and customer visibility across cloud services.

SLD is an on-prem fulfillment and licensing platform supporting license generation and entitlement for on-prem products.

The role focuses on execution, prioritization, and coordination across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

 

Manage and prioritize the CT & SLD backlog, including features, defects, and operational work

 

Translate business and operational requirements into clear features and acceptance criteria

 

Support production operations through incident triage, defect prioritization, and root cause follow up

 

Coordinate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution

 

Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities

 

Act as a key execution level contact for business stakeholders

 

Support stabilization, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

 


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

Experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role in enterprise environments

 

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management

 

Experience working with business-critical production systems

 

Strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience with Licensing, Entitlement, or Fulfillment platforms

 

Experience in SaaS and/or hybrid enterprise environments

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,00; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
