We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to lead and manage the delivery of digital solutions by aligning business needs with software development priorities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to translate strategic goals into actionable product features. You will play a key role in driving product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered efficiently. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, defining and prioritizing product featuresTranslate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test casesPlan and coordinate releases and sprint cycles with cross-functional teamsFacilitate team collaboration, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with product goals Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Project ManagerWorking knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like Jira, DevOps, or RallyStrong communication, facilitation, and prioritization skills; comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teamsPreferred: Experience with business analysis, CI/CD processes, or insurance-related products and systems Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $56 – $67 per hourMedical, Dental, and Life insurance benefitsEligible for a 401(k) planWeekly Pay with direct deposit Your New Organization:
