Role at a Glance
As a Product Owner, you will lead the end-to-end execution of product discovery enhancements that make it easier for customers to find what they need, drive digital innovation, and boost conversion across our digital platform. Your strategic mindset and customer-first approach will shape intuitive user experiences and fuel continuous growth.
What You’ll Do
• Own the Product Backlog: Develop, prioritize, and refine user stories to meet evolving customer needs and business goals.
• Drive Conversion Optimization: Manage features that improve search and navigation, product presentation, helpful content, and promotional strategy.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI, IT, QA, Analytics, Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Deliver Agile Excellence: Champion Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defining story acceptance criteria.
• Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate high-level business strategies into tactical initiatives that support digital growth and operational excellence.
• Champion the Customer: Apply usability research, A/B testing insights, competitive analysis, and KPIs to inform decisions and improve shopping experiences.
• Support Go-to-Market: Manage planning and execution for new product and feature launches.
• Vendor Collaboration: Maintain relationships with third-party partners to ensure successful integrations and ongoing innovation.
What We're Looking For
• 5–7 years in digital, product ownership, or digital platform management
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong background in business analysis, project planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
You’ll go the extra mile if you have
• Proficiency in platforms and tools such as CMS systems, WordPress, and A/B testing technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Technology, or Business (Master’s preferred)
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and analytics platforms
