**About the Role**
The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we build the right products to move our business forward. As a Product Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end global lifecycle of a specific program area within the Core Services organization.
You will act as the strategic bridge between Product and Global Operations—transforming regional insights into a prioritized roadmap and orchestrating complex, global rollouts. Your mission is to ensure that every feature we build is operationally sound, regionally relevant, and positioned for long-term success.

1. **Own Program Strategy:** Lead the end-to-end "build globally, scale locally" lifecycle for your assigned program area.
2. **Design Operating Models:** Establish lean, effective alignment structures between Product Managers and global business stakeholders.
3. **Orchestrate Global Rollouts:** Project-manage comprehensive go-to-market plans across various stakeholders and teams.
4. **Drive Cross-Functional Alignment:** Distill technical product information into actionable insights for non-technical global partners.
5. **Influence Product Roadmaps:** Advocate for regional business insights and data-backed feedback to advise product prioritization.
6. **Manage Product Health:** Track core business KPIs post-launch to identify performance gaps and geographic friction points.
7. **Optimize Technical Workflows:** Use internal tools and configurations to resolve systemic bottlenecks and empower stakeholders.
8. **Lead Strategic Communication:** Maintain regular communication cadences with key customers to provide transparency on objectives and progress.
\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----
1. 5+ years of experience in operations, tech, business consulting, or a similar analytical field.
2. Proven track record of independent problem-solving and managing global projects end-to-end.
3. Proficiency in SQL and a strong ability to use complex data to inform critical business decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse cross-functional partners.
5. Experience distilling technical product information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
6. Deep understanding of user experience with a focus on identifying and resolving friction points.
7. Ability to navigate ambiguity and design operating models that scale across multiple regions.
\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----
1. Previous experience in Product Operations or a closely related Product-led role.
2. Proven track record of navigating high-stakes ambiguity and resolving systemic bottlenecks without close supervision.
3. Experience leading end-to-end rollouts across multiple international regions with varying regulatory requirements.
4. University degree
