Job Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Product Operations Analyst to join our Product Operations team. This role supports the readiness, quality, and operational success of our SaaS products by working hands-on with the platform, validating changes, analyzing product behavior, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams. This is not a business intelligence or reporting-only role. The Product Operations Analyst focuses on product execution, testing, governance, and operational enablement to ensure product changes are usable, reliable, and ready for real-world use. Product & Platform Analysis + Analyze product behavior, workflows, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement + Work directly within the SaaS platform to validate functionality, configurations, and readiness + Support data-driven decisions related to product execution and operational outcomes Testing & Validation + Collaborate on designing and executing tests to evaluate the impact of product changes + Validate feature readiness prior to release or client usage + Analyze test results and document findings to inform product teams Reporting & Communication + Prepare clear, concise summaries of findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders + Present insights related to product readiness, user experience, and operational impact + Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of outcomes and risks Cross-Functional Collaboration + Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle + Provide analytical and execution support during development, release, and post-release phases Governance & Continuous Improvement + Assist in maintaining governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability + Identify opportunities to improve Product Operations processes, tooling, and best practices + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Product Operations Experience & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar), or equivalent practical experience + 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analyst, Business Analyst (execution-focused), Product Owner support, or related roles + Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the product lifecycle + Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable outcomes + Comfortable working hands-on with software platforms and learning new tools + Strong written and verbal English communication skills + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities + Collaborative mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity PRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
