Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to fit into their Durable Medical Equipment Sales and Manufacturing Company. This role involves maintaining strong expertise in assigned products and the broader market while gathering insights from customers, sales teams, internal stakeholders, and key opinion leaders. This includes analyzing market and financial data, understanding how the product category supports overall company growth, evaluating new product ideas, and supporting field trials during development. The position translates complex feedback into strategic recommendations to guide portfolio strategy, product development requirements, pricing, targeting, and channel strategies. Daily work includes cross functional collaboration with Product Development to bring solutions to market, partnering with Sales on customer visits and events, coordinating with Operations on forecasting and demand planning, working with Regulatory and Legal on labeling and claims, and supporting Marketing Communications with product messaging and launch materials—all to drive customer loyalty, revenue growth, and strong business performance.

Skills and Requirements
•4+ years’ product marketing experience within this industry i.e. sports medicine, prosthetics, orthopedics, medical device (non-surgical), durable medical equipment. Companies like: Stryker Spine, DJO, Ossur, Medtronic etc.
•Must have a bachelor’s in marketing or business (or related field) can also have a bachelors in Kinesiology, sports med, athletic training etc.
•Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. •MBA or master’s in marketing preferred
•Sales experience or prior orthopedic industry experience preferred.
•Having a background in Supply Chain is helpful
•Background with BI/ Data Analytics will do well in this role too.
