Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager to drive product strategy, market adoption, and commercial success for our timing solutions in high-growth markets. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on marketing execution to accelerate customer engagement and revenue growth. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world customer applications, shaping how critical systems keep time in the most demanding environments. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 

 

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & ManagementDefine product roadmaps aligned with market needs and company strategy for industrial, automotive, or defense segmentsConduct voice-of-customer research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and gapsCollaborate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product specificationsDrive product lifecycle management from concept through end-of-lifeDefine pricing strategy and business models that maximize value capture

 

Go-to-Market & MarketingDevelop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customersCreate sales enablement tools including presentations, battle cards, application notes, and training materialsDesign and execute creative programs to engage field sales teams and channel partnersDevelop technical content including whitepapers, webinars, demos, and trade show presentationsLead product launches with cross-functional teams across multiple geographiesCustomer & Market EngagementEngage directly with customers and prospects to understand application challenges and requirementsSupport key customer design-ins through technical presentations and proof-of-concept activitiesRepresent SiTime at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer eventsBuild relationships with industry analysts, standards bodies, and ecosystem partnersMonitor market trends, emerging applications, and competitive dynamics

 

Qualifications & Requirements:   

Experience & Education10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry in product management, product marketing, or related rolesBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)Proven track record in industrial, automotive, or aerospace & defense marketsExperience with timing, clocking, frequency control, or related analog/mixed-signal products are a plusTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of semiconductor product development and manufacturingAbility to read datasheets, understand technical specifications, and engage in technical discussionsFamiliarity with design-in processes and customer qualification requirementsKnowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirementsCore CompetenciesProblem-solving mindset: Natural ability to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutionsCommunication excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages for different audiences (executives, engineers, sales teams, customers)Results orientation: "Make it happen" attitude with strong bias for action and accountability for outcomesCreativity: Ability to develop innovative approaches to customer engagement, competitive positioning, and sales enablementCollaboration: Works effectively across functions including sales, engineering, operations, and executive leadershipBusiness acumen: Understanding of P&L dynamics, market segmentation, and value-based pricing

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. The annual base salary range for this role is $154400- $212300. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.


In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
