Product Marketing Manager, Creators
Description The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating creators. Using existing and new communication mechanisms, segmentation, and data, we engage and educate Creators, collect Voice of the Creator feedback and translate learnings to product partners. We strive to empower and inspire creators with content, education, and support they need to be successful through all stages of the marketing funnel. This role will own Creator-facing marketing touchpoints across outbound communications and on site merchandising. You will partner across marketing, design, product, and with external agencies to deliver best-in-class communications to Creators. You will concept, brief, and execute marketing newsletters to Creators in our program, balancing company-wide inbound requests against top business priorities. You will leverage data and insights to inform strategy, introducing new methods for testing and improvements. You will own the end-to-end execution of on site marketing placements, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in design, product, analytics, science, and retail. You will be responsible for reporting and leveraging data to inform improvements. Key job responsibilities - Own and execute Creator-facing newsletters end-to-end, concepting, briefing, executing, and reporting upon marketing emails - Concept, execute, and report Creator-facing and customer-facing on site merchandising placements. This includes partnering with design, scheduling and merchandising, and reporting on page performance. - Own and execute marketing placements in Associates Central, our Creator-facing affiliate platform. - Execute and synthesize reports on key marketing placements, leveraging data to inform improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage timelines and dependencies for deliveries - Must have a keen attention to detail, the ability to manage and juggle competing priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels - Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
