Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement and execute product marketing strategies in the assigned area to achieve business objectives in alignment with the global product strategy. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing Communications to strengthen market positioning and support the full lifecycle of the product portfolio.

Each day, you will evaluate market and competitor trends, support the sales organization with market insights and product knowledge, and contribute to communication plans and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in Vittuone (Milan) in Italy.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in line with the global strategy.

Analyzing local market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify offering gaps, priorities, and development opportunities.

Supporting the creation of business plans and defining local pricing strategies.

Coordinating market analysis with the Sales team, defining forecasts and marketing plans.

Providing sales support through technical and commercial training, materials, and tools.

Managing product communication and supporting the launch of new offers, including participation in fairs and trade shows.

Proposing new product ideas or improvements based on local market needs.

Proposing and implementing approved communication plans in alignment with the Marketing Communications Manager and within assigned budgets.

Generating leads through advertising campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional activities, with a strong focus on digital channels.

Developing creative concepts for communication materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

Organizing events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and support business activities.

Preparing promotional materials for industry media and managing the creation of brochures, catalogues, and digital content.

Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external communities to foster innovation and share best practices.


Qualifications for the role

You are highly skilled in product marketing tools, digital marketing methodologies, and market analysis techniques

You are highly adept in marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms

Strong analytical mindset to interpret market data and define product strategies

Creativity and communication skills to develop impactful campaigns and brand-aligned materials

You are passionate about creativity, communication effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

You are comfortable communicating in English
