Product Manager Vulnerability & Threat Intelligence (Global Security)

Job Description

What Will You Do?

- Lead the end-to-end modernization of reporting systems, ensuring alignment with RBC’s security standards and regulatory requirements. 

- Analyze existing reporting processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, automated solutions to streamline workflows. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., ADB , Snowflake , ScanOps, CIG , DevOps) to integrate advanced analytics, AI, and visualization tools into reporting frameworks. 

- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure seamless adoption of new reporting standards and technologies. 

- Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely and successful delivery. 

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions. 

- Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices in reporting modernization. 

- Create , Design and review reports , database queries & architecture diagrams.

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Must have:

- Proven experience in modernizing reporting systems within a complex, regulated environment (e.g., financial services, banking). 

- Expertise in data analytics, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and automation technologies. 

- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives on time and within scope. 

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization. 

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. 

Nice-to-have:

- Familiarity with cloud-based reporting solutions and data governance frameworks. 

- Experience working in a matrix environment within a large, publicly-traded organization. 

- Experience of working with multiple AI Models , Prompt Engineering , Text to SQL queries .
