ROLE SUMMARY

The UI/UX Product Manager is responsible for defining, enhancing, and delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences across MAF TECH’s digital products. The role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business, ensuring user experience is embedded throughout the product lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role champions design thinking, usability best practices, and experience-led decision-making to deliver seamless, engaging, and high-performing digital interfaces aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

Develop and deliver the UI/UX strategy and roadmap for assigned MAF TECH digital products.

Embed user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle using qualitative and quantitative insights.

Lead and oversee user research, usability testing, and journey mapping for new and existing products.

Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Manage UX requirements throughout discovery, planning, development, and post-launch phases.

Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, security, and business teams to ensure design intent and product success.

Establish, track, and optimize UX KPIs to continuously improve user satisfaction, usability, and adoption.

Maintain and evolve the MAF TECH design framework, standards, and best practices across products.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Management, or Experience Design within digital or technology environments.

Strong hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, design thinking, and UX frameworks.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.

Experience working with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and agile product teams.
