Product Manager/Strategy 5-ProdDev
**Job Description** The AI & Platform Strategy Lead owns the CX-wide strategy and narrative for AI, platform, extensibility, and integration, ensuring the Fusion CX suite innovation is coherent, differentiated, and credible across product lines, GTM motions, and external perception. This role operates above individual products and campaigns, connecting CX product strategy, Fusion AI direction, and real customer value into a single, durable platform story. The leader partners closely with Product, Engineering, Technical Evangelism, and other Fusion Product Strategy & Marketing teams to ensure AI and platform innovation is understood, trusted, and adopted, not fragmented or oversold. Success is measured by clarity of platform strategy, consistency of AI articulation, and confidence in Oracle CX’s technical direction across executives, analysts, and the field. **Responsibilities** **1. Define CX Strategic Vision for AI and Platform Capabilities** + Develop the go-to-market strategy for AI across the CX product suite. + Partner with product and engineering leadership to prioritize messaging around key platform innovations (e.g., embedded AI, generative / agentic AI, workflows, developer tooling, and composability). + Align CX GTM strategy to Oracle’s broader AI platform investments, ensuring consistent CX positioning with Fusion / Oracle narratives. + Articulate how platform capabilities support major growth ROI levers for our CX customers —such as faster time to value, easier integration, and operational scale. **2. Accelerate Field and Customer Understanding of AI and Platform Differentiation in the CX Content** + Create internal enablement materials (decks, talk tracks, FAQs) that simplify complex platform concepts for sales and marketing teams. + Partner with field teams to support high-value opportunities where platform flexibility or AI innovation is a decision-driver. + Work with Sales Play owners to integrate AI and platform storylines into deal kits, customer presentations, and verticalized use cases. + Track field adoption and understanding of AI narrative and refine based on feedback and deal outcomes. + Track customer adoption and use cases **3. Shape Market Perception Through Thought Leadership and Analyst Engagement** + Serve as the CX team’s point lead for AI- and platform-related analyst engagements, including Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. + Develop messaging briefs, content, and data points that reinforce leadership position in platform extensibility, ecosystem integration, and embedded intelligence. + Collaborate on keynote and breakout session content for OCW and other strategic events, ensuring compelling stories that resonate with technical and executive audiences. + Support the creation of high-impact web content, customer stories, and explainer materials that bring AI and platform innovations to life. **4. Drive Cross-Functional Coordination and Innovation** + Partner with OPMM team to develop campaign and AI content (for SO LLM) that showcases Oracle CX’s AI differentiation and integration strategy. + Collaborate with the central Fusion AI team and represent CX as part of the Apps AI strategy + Collaborate with the Portfolio Growth Strategy Lead to ensure AI and platform value is appropriately represented in sales plays and growth analyses. + Provide guidance and coaching to product strategists and marketers on how to integrate AI and platform messaging across all GTM motions. + Stay current on AI trends, competitor advancements, and ecosystem movements to keep Oracle CX’s messaging fresh and differentiated. + Provide ongoing guidance to OPMM team on how to improve job productivity with Oracle-approved usage of external and internal AI tools. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
