**Job Description** The Role NetSuite Products and Services Product Managers are part of a world-wide team pursuing innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to our customer base. We balance challenging product demands to make investment decisions between new features, product improvements, and sustainability initiatives. We are highly motivated professionals responsible for handling the product lifecycle of cloud business applications and infrastructure crafted for small to medium-sized businesses. As the Product Manager, you will work closely with product management leadership, business partners, customers, and the development team to drive the design and development of our Subscription Billing and SaaS metrics solutions. This role is for someone who wants to be responsible for capturing and prioritizing feature requirements and working with a development team to deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment. Qualifications + 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager + Domain knowledge in recurring billing and SaaS Metrics with Software vertical expertise a bonus + Demonstrated success managing a product and acting as a subject matter expert in this area + Proven track record taking product from problem definition to delivery + Experience with go-to-market activities related to documentation, enablement, and support for creation of marketing materials + Some experience mentoring junior product managers **Responsibilities** Your work will include collaborating with product management leadership, technical teams, and other stakeholders to build, enhance, and maintain our Subscription Billing product. + Work with Product Management and experience research/design leadership to drive discovery activities and decisions + Lead discovery sessions, research synthesis, and discovery asset creation + Create and maintain prioritized backlog of features that incorporates customer feedback and delivers on key strategic drivers + Work with engineering on end-to-end feature development from requirements definition through story creation and refinement to implementation and definition of clear success metrics + Conduct market and competitive research + Research, analyze, and document regulatory changes to ensure that our product offerings and compliance reports are up to date + Collaborate with product management leadership to build cross-team roadmaps + Manage Jira projects to ensure cross-team dependences are documented and addressed based on agreed upon commitments + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team’s feature backlog, designs and implementation is aligned with product roadmaps and strategy + Ensure feature releases are planned, documented, and shared as appropriate + Work on go-to-market activities including working with marketing, internal enablement, documentation, and customer training Career Level - IC3 **About Us** Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
