As a Scrum Master in Asset and Wealth Management, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
 Job responsibilitiesLead two or three squads as a Scrum Master and facilitate ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused.Drive the Agile evolution strategy and implementation, aligning with 55ip’s organizational goals and objectives.Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on product vision, goals, and priorities.Identify and address impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Monitor and report on key agility metrics, providing insights and recommendations to squads during retrospectives.Use Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and generate Sprint and project reporting.Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the teams and across the organization.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant insights into the organization's Agile practices.Champion Agile values and principles, advocating for their adoption and integration into the organization's culture.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.Experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations in an organization.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in the Wealth Management and/or Asset Management industry.Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
