The Position

As the Marketing Value Manager, you will join a global leader in oncology dedicated to transforming the standard of care in Breast Cancer. You will lead the marketing strategy for our flagship portfolio, maintaining market leadership while spearheading high-velocity launches for new treatments. This is your opportunity to act as a commercial enabler, building an ecosystem that connects clinical breakthroughs directly to patient access.

The Opportunity

Define the portfolio strategy by creating 360-degree Go-to-Market plans for high-velocity HR+ launches and implementing aggressive defensive strategies for the established HER2+ segment.

Own the creative and scientific narrative, co-creating solutions that differentiate the portfolio in a competitive landscape and ensuring all tactics align seamlessly with clinical and access goals.

Optimize resources by taking full responsibility for assigning the investment budget and managing tools effectively to drive brand performance.

Position innovation as the gold standard by building and maintaining robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Medical Societies.

Empower field teams by partnering to design strategic account plans and providing continuous training, ensuring the sales force has the technical depth to drive brand inclusion.

Lead cross-functional synergy with local and central field partners to ensure institutional strategies are perfectly aligned with medical and access activities on the ground.

Co-create access plans that address the specific needs of private insurers and public institutions, creating value propositions that resonate with administrative coordinators.

Maximize public sector impact by overseeing strategies that ensure full contract utilization and identifying growth opportunities to prevent budget under-utilization.

Manage financial performance with full accountability for Operational Expenses (OPEX) and the achievement of annual sales targets.

Lead demand planning by aligning institutional demand with global production to ensure a zero stock-out environment.

Drive market-shaping medical education by designing a roadmap of webinars, forums, and preceptorships that evolves clinical practice and establishes the company as the primary source of medical truth


Who you are

You act as a visionary and catalyst, anticipating market shifts and influencing cross-functional teams toward common goals without needing formal authority.

You have 4 to 6+ years of experience in high-specialty marketing, specifically within Oncology, with a track record in product launches.

You possess a deep understanding of the Mexican healthcare market and its complexities.

You hold a university degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

You demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, demand forecasting, and digital tools, including AI applications for marketing.

You are fluent in professional English and native Spanish, enabling effective collaboration with global and regional teams.

Preferred

Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Experience in field-based roles.

Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Design Thinking.
