We are seeking a growth-oriented techno-functional professional in our Bangalore location with experience in performance measurement and attribution services supporting internal stakeholders and external clients. The successful candidate should also have a number of the Project Management and Analysis skills required to deliver new product capabilities or product enhancements
This team will report into Performance Analytics organization.
What you will be responsible for
As a Performance Product Business Analyst, you will be responsible to:
Expert knowledge in Equity & Multi Asset & Fixed Income Performance & Attribution
Project Management experience and on-boarding new clients
Deliver Client Communications and interactions with use of expert knowledge
Liaise with global teams and provide client & stakeholder support
Deliver timely change management solutions
Document project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, architecture, and cross product dependencies
Provide regular status updates and supporting program management reports as needed
Support product testing through the creation of test scripts, development of test data, and execution of user acceptance testing
Collaborate closely with IT and Development teams on delivery of fixes and enhancement
Become a subject matter expert for Performance & Analytics Applications
Support large project implementations including client onboarding
Identify opportunities for efficiencies (to improve productivity and performance) and drive delivery of such projects (automation, process improvements)

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of work experience (exposure to Performance reporting is valued.)
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Financial Management or equivalent.
Comfortable with quantitative methods and solutions
Strong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines/functions
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Performance Analytics and applications
Experience with project management and documentation tools (eg: Confluence, Jira)
