Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Product Manager/Owner to join their team. As a Product Manager/Owner, you will be part of the Capital Markets department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Product Manager/Owner Capital Markets
**Location:** Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite)
**What's the Job?**
+ Gain an in-depth understanding of Equity, Debt, and Loans Capital Markets applications and their integration into the overall deal workflow.
+ Create the vision and roadmap for the product to align with the strategic direction of the business or technology domain.
+ Communicate the product vision and roadmap to C-Suite stakeholders and business teams, driving user adoption.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and align on priorities.
+ Create and prioritize features/epics in the program backlog, making decisions about trade-offs with emerging work versus planned work.
**What's Needed?**
+ BA or BS degree in information technology or computer science from an accredited 4-year university; MBA or MS degree is preferable.
+ Approximately 8-10 years of experience in Capital Markets Deal Origination and Deal Pipeline.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
+ Experience working directly with the front office, ideally in a trading floor environment.
+ Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information concisely.
