Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Driving the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and development strategiesLeading KOL and academia relationship development in the marketWorking with other functions driving the development of KPIs Understanding customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritizing customer segments and business opportunities leading to needs-based segmentation and Go to Market plansDeveloping/contributing to marketing strategy, value proposition and solutions positioning in PDxFacilitating innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer successQualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years’ experience in healthcare and/or Pharma marketing or related field
- Ability to lead teams and shape/lead growth plans and marketing strategy Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills Leadership skills to lead teams
- Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams Strong analytical and process skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Radiology science, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- Deep marketing expertise in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare business support role
- Experience assisting in marketing, sales operations, or product launch activities
